assisting cooks during service
Sous-Chef:
organizing kitchen operations and controlling processes
coordinating the team of cooks
monitoring dish quality and compliance with standards
participating in menu development and process optimization
Head Chef:
managing the kitchen and staff
developing menus and seasonal offerings
controlling quality, food costs, and purchasing
implementing standards and developing the kitchen
